Our origin

Born from an advertising agency.
Built for research.

Triple-R is a unit of Marketing Partners, Inc., a marketing communications company with roots in advertising. That origin shapes everything. Where most recruiting firms think in terms of databases, we think in terms of audiences.


We've been doing this for 40 years. Some of our client relationships have lasted for most of that time. When you still have your first client four decades later, something is going right.

We maintain a database, but we don't rely on it — which means we have no financial incentive to push clients toward one. Every sourcing recommendation we make is driven by what will produce the best research outcome at the best price.

And Relationship—the reason we still have our first client from more than 30 years ago (a relationship that dates back to a predecessor company.)
